• Partner business units in managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle
• Responsible for driving and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
• Provide first-line advisory support on HR and people-related matters
• Support manpower planning and resourcing strategies to meet departmental needs
• Partner Heads of Departments on talent acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives
• Review and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required

Job Requirements

• min. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field
• Possess min. 5-7 years’ of experience in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, or related areas, preferrably from the healthcare sector
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Team player and self-starter with a proactive and collaborative mindset
