The HR Associate Partner provides hands on support to our Associates, Area Manager, Operations Managers and HR Business Partners as we Strive to be Earth’s Best Employer.
This role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
This role will be based at a Delivery Station/Fulfilment Center warehouse environment based at Tanjong Penjuru (West Coast/Teban) area.
Amazon Operations is a 24/7 environment and shifts may change due to business needs.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings and rotating schedules based on business needs is needed for this role.
