A leading HR services company in Singapore is seeking a contract HR professional to manage documentation and support onboarding and offboarding processes. Responsibilities include maintaining HR data and ensuring compliance with service agreements. Candidates should have a minimum diploma in Human Resources or a related field. Responsibilities

• Ensure related documentations are P-filed accordingly.
• Assist in updating, maintaining, and approving of HR data for existing staff in myHR.
• Assist in verifying and updating onboarding data for New Hires & offboarding data for Resignees via myHR.
• Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicator (KPI) within HR Group Shared Services.
• Ensure record in myHR are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards.
• Adhoc duties as per assigned.
