Job summary

A Human Resources Firm in Singapore is seeking an HR & Admin Assistant to manage employee records and attendance, administer leave applications, and handle various administrative duties. The successful candidate should hold a GCE N level or office skills certificate and have at least 1 year of relevant experience. Competitive salary of $2,400 - $3,300 based on qualifications and experience. Company transportation provided from designated pick up points.

  • At least 1-year experience, preferably in the related field.

Responsibilities

  • Take charge of fingerprint registration for all employees.
  • Monitor and maintain staff attendance records for accuracy.
  • Administer staff leave applications using EPE and Easytime.
  • Prepare Letters of Guarantee and follow up on medical claims.
  • Liaise with telco providers on corporate phone line matters.

HR & Admin Assistant

Location: Tuas (Company transport at designated pick up points - Jurong east, Bukit batok, Choa chu kang, Lakeside, Tuas crescent etc)
Working Days: 5 days Mon - Fri
Working hours : 8am -5pm or 9am - 6pm
Salary : $2,400 - $3,300 depending on qualification and experience

Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of fingerprint registration for all employees including sub-con workers
  • Monitor, verify and maintain staff attendance records in Easytime to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Administer staff leave application in EPE and Easytime
  • Extract and verify sub-con workers’ attendance reports
  • Prepare Letters of Guarantee (LOGs) and follow up on employees’ medical claims
  • Arrange and coordinate annual noise monitoring examinations
  • Maintain and update foreign workers’ records including passport details in p-files, Sage and the master namelist
  • Raise requisition orders and manage purchase of stationery, gifts/hampers/wreath
  • Liaise with telco providers on matters relating to corporate phone lines
  • Organize and maintain production personnel files
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
