Job summary

A leading retail company in Singapore is seeking a passionate Human Resource Assistant (Recruitment) to support its hiring operations. You will handle end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure a smooth experience for candidates. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management and has at least 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment. Strong communication and computer skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in Recruitment.
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking.
  • Liaising with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Assist in planning, organizing and executing employee engagement activities.

Human Resource Assistant (Recruitment / Retail)

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Human Resource Assistant (Recruitment) to support our retail hiring operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in the end-to-end recruitment process for our retail talent across our store network, ensuring a smooth, efficient and pleasant experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking
  • Liaising with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation
  • Assist in planning, organising and executing employee engagement activities and welfare programmes
  • Assist in updating employee benefits programme and training programmes
  • Coordinate with benefit providers and ensure timely enrolment
  • Maintain up-to-date HR records and ensure proper filing of documents
Key Requirements
  • Min. Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in Recruitment
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, General knowledge of various employment laws and practices, Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment, Experience in administration of benefits and other HR programmes
  • Preferably Entry Level specialised in Human Resources or equivalent
