About the role

Fresh Cleaning Facilities Management Pte Ltd is looking for a Human Resource Assistant to join our team in the Bishan Central Region. This is a full‑time position that will play a key role in supporting our HR operations and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing
  1. Assisting with the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding
  2. Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
  3. Coordinating and processing payroll, leave, and other HR‑related administrative tasks
  4. Providing support and guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures
  5. Assisting with the planning and execution of HR initiatives and events
  6. Performing other HR‑related duties as assigned

  1. At least 1–2 years of experience in a human resources or administrative support role
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
