Job summary

A leading corporation in Singapore is seeking an HR Administrative Officer to prepare employee documentation and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in HR and be bilingual in English and Mandarin. Key responsibilities include updating employee records, managing medical claims, and supporting Work Pass applications. This role offers opportunities for a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is required.
  • Knowledge of the Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare documentations for employee's employment.
  • Provide administrative support.
  • Update and maintain employees' records & Personal-files.
  • Update employees' e-leave record, medical, and insurance claims.
  • Maintenance of HR records.
  • Assist in submission of Work Pass applications and renewals.
  • Training Arrangement.
  • Orientation for new joiner.
  • Arrange Worker Accommodation.
  • Other ad-hoc duties when required.

Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements
