Human Resource and Office Administrator

Salaries -$3000 and Above

De Beaute, an established Beauty and Wellness company, is looking for a Human Resources and Office Administrator who is responsible for managing HR duties (such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations) while also handling office administration tasks (like facility management, stocks and supplies, including outlet coordinations).

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Duties

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, preparing contracts, and onboarding new hires.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Collecting timesheets, processing payroll, administering employee benefits, and maintaining records.
  • Employee Relations: I handle employee queries, coordinate performance appraisals, and assist with disciplinary procedures.
  • Compliance: Ensuring HR policies comply with labor laws and company standards.
  • Training: Staff Benefits training and development programs.

Office Administration Duties

  • Facilities Management: Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Scheduling: Managing calendars, meetings, and staff movements for staff or executives.
  • Documentation: Maintaining records, filing, and data entry.
  • Retail Outlet Coordination: Organizing company events, meetings, or conferences.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience.in HR and/or office administration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
