Roles & Responsibilities
To provide operational and administrative support in human resource management and manpower coordination, ensuring effective implementation of HR processes, staff deployment, and compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1) Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advertisements, candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, and reference checks.
- Prepare employment offers, contracts, and onboarding materials.
- Facilitate new employee orientation and maintain accurate manpower and organizational records.
2) HR Operations & Administration Support
- Maintain and update employee records (including competency certificates for operational deployments), HR databases, and documentation in compliance with company and legal requirements.
- Manage attendance, leave, and timesheet submissions.
- Prepare and update manpower, turnover, and HR-related reports for management review.
- Assist in updating HR policies, SOPs, and documentation.
3) Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Collate and verify attendance, overtime, and claims data for payroll processing.
- Assist in administering employee benefits, insurance, and medical claims.
- Liaise with Finance and vendors on HR-related payment matters.
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 2 years of relevant experience in HR would be an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good knowledge of HR practices and Singapore employment regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Meticulous, discreet, and able to handle confidential information effectively.
