Job description

To provide operational and administrative support in human resource management and manpower coordination, ensuring effective implementation of HR processes, staff deployment, and compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advertisements, candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, and reference checks.
  • Prepare employment offers, contracts, and onboarding materials.
  • Facilitate new employee orientation and maintain accurate manpower and organizational records.
HR Operations & Administration Support (including On-Site Emergency Response Operations)
  • Maintain and update employee records (including competency certificates for operational deployments), HR databases, and documentation in compliance with company and legal requirements.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and timesheet submissions.
  • Prepare and update manpower, turnover, and HR-related reports for management review.
  • Assist in updating HR policies, SOPs, and documentation.
  • Submit manpower schedules to clients.
  • Process clearance applications (including JI Pass applications, if required).
  • Submit manpower and vehicle clearance for deployment periods.
  • Prepare and submit relevant documents and competency certificates to clients.
  • Prepare and submit full personnel details to obtain accreditation passes (for F1 2026–2028).
Payroll & Benefits Administration
  • Collate and verify attendance, overtime, and claims data for payroll processing.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits, insurance, and medical claims.
  • Liaise with Finance and vendors on HR-related payment matters.
Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and provide staff support on HR matters.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement and welfare activities.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and maintain performance records.
Compliance & Statutory Matters
  • Ensure HR and manpower processes comply with the Employment Act and other MOM regulations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for audits, renewals, and statutory submissions.
  • Support training administration and ensure proper tracking of employee training records.
General HR Support
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects, reports, and initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR operations and manpower management processes.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the HR Manager or management.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR or manpower operations within a corporate setting.
  • Good knowledge of HR practices and Singapore employment regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Meticulous, discreet, and able to handle confidential information effectively.
