Job summary

A manufacturing company in Singapore is looking for a Human Resource and Administration Executive. In this role, you will manage recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate has a diploma in HR, a minimum of 2 years of experience, and is fluent in English and Mandarin. This role is critical for establishing HR processes in a new factory setting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of HR management experience, particularly in manufacturing or factory start-up.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Build recruitment framework for factory set-up.

Human Resource and Administration Executive

Company: Advanced Cuisine Manufacturing Pte Ltd

Reports to: Admin & HR Director

Location: Singapore ( west) – 3 bus stops from Jurong Point bus interchange

Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Recruitment & Staffing
    • Build a recruitment framework from scratch for factory set-up.
    • Manage recruitment channels, organise interviews and selection, and maintain a talent pool.
  • 2. Employee Relations & Compliance
    • Handle employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and confirmation procedures.
    • Support in resolving employee relations issues and maintaining a positive work environment.
    • Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and regulations.
  • 3. Compensation & Benefits
    • Assist in developing salary structure and benefits policies.
    • Manage payroll, CPF contributions, and statutory requirements.
  • 4. Training & Development
    • Design and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and competencies.
    • Support in establishing performance management systems.
  • 5. Government & Administrative Affairs
    • Assist with work pass (WP, S Pass, EP) applications and renewals.
    • Liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance with employment regulations.
  • 6. Others
    • Support the Admin & HR Director in departmental management and ad-hoc projects.
    • Familiar and hands-on (submission) with the CPF, SDL, CDAC, NS claims, IR8A, IR21, WP security bond and WP levy.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR management experience; experience in manufacturing or factory start-up is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and manpower regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; able to communicate effectively with a multicultural workforce
