HR & Administrative Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR & Administrative Executive. You will support various HR functions and administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and managing related administrative tasks
  • Ensuring compliance with local HR policies and procedures, and liaising with relevant authorities as needed
  • Maintaining and updating employee records, including personal files, contract renewals, and salary increments
  • Implementing and managing HR software systems
  • Coordinating with external parties for matters related to ISO, insurance renewals, and applications
  • Preparing, printing, and organizing documents for operational use
  • Supporting payroll processes and ensuring timely and accurate submissions
  • Collaborating with HR team members to implement solutions that support business growth
  • Managing internal databases such as leave records (e.g., sick leave, maternity leave)
  • Assisting with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) applications and related duties
  • Performing other ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resources or Administrative role
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
