A local HR services company in Singapore is seeking an HR Assistant to perform full spectrum HR and administrative functions including recruitment, work pass applications, and maintaining employee records. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience, is organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is fluent in English and Mandarin. • Perform Full Spectrum of HR and Admin functions.;
• Handle Internal Recruitment process which include recruitment, staff orientations & administration of employee benefits;
• Work Pass Application, Renewal and Cancellation;
• Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record;
• Support the HR department in updating of HR database and processing employees’ requests;
• Provide General Admin duties and coordination support to the management
