We are looking for a dedicated and organised Human Resource & Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will primarily handle HR functions while supporting administrative and accounting operations to ensure smooth day-to-day management within the organisation.
This role is key in supporting both our frontline ambulance crew and office staff through effective HR practices, compliance, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resource (Primary Role)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for operational and administrative positions (e.g., EMTs, nurses, ambulance drivers).
- Prepare employment contracts, confirmation, renewal, and termination letters.
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (WPOL/EPOL).
- Ensure compliance with MOM, CPF, and WSHC regulations.
- Assist with performance reviews, training coordination, and staff certification renewals (e.g., BCLS, AED, EMT refreshers).
- Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
Administration (Secondary Role)
- Maintain company documentation, correspondence, and filing systems.
- Manage procurement of office and medical supplies, uniforms, and station essentials.
- Assist in scheduling and coordination for operational teams and vehicle deployment.
- Liaise with vendors, hospitals, and partners for administrative matters.
Accounts Support (Secondary Role)
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and payment tracking.
- Support in payroll preparation and claims verification.
- Liaise with the external accountant for month-end submissions and reports.
- Ensure timely billing and reconciliation for ambulance services rendered.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR or admin; experience in the healthcare or service industry is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM regulations, and CPF submissions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll software.
- Meticulous, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Remarks:
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5.5-day work week)
Only required to work one weekend per month
Working Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm or 8:30am – 5:30pm
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary Range: $2,600 – $3,300 per month (commensurate with experience)
Work Location: On-site / In-person
- 10 Annual leave with 1 additional every year
