- 2. EMPLOYEE CONTRACT
- 3. DORMITORY IN OUT RECORD
- 5. ON BOARDING NEW EMPLOYEES AND MAINTAINING EMPLOYEE RECORDS
- 6. SENDING EMPLOYEE FOR TRAINING/RENEWAL COURSE
- 7. MANNAGE OFFICE OPERATIONS BY ORGANIZING AND MAINTAINING FILES, RECORDS AND SUPPLIES
- 8. COORDINATE MEETINGS, APPOINTMENTS AND TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
- 10. HANDLE GENERAL CORRESPONDENCE AND INQUIRIES VIA PHONE, EMAIL AND IN PERSON
- 11. ASSIST IN THE PREPARATION OF PRESENTATIONS, REPORTS AND DOCUMENTS
- 12. COORDINATE WITH EXTERNAL VENDORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
- 13. OTHER AD-HOC HR/ADMIN ROLES AS AND WHEN NEEDED
