Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting recruitment activities, such as job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Managing the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing contracts and conducting orientations.
  • Offboarding employees, including conducting exit interviews and processing final settlements.
  • Providing HR support and advice to employees and managers.
  • Handling employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Administering employee benefits, such as leave, claims, and insurance.
  • Processing monthly payroll, including overtime and commissions.
  • Managing work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely submission of CPF contributions.
  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
  • Ensuring compliance with MOM regulations and other relevant laws.
  • Managing HR-related documentation, such as memos and letters.
  • Coordinating employee training programs and workshops.
  • Identifying training needs and developing training plans.
  • Facilitating skills development and promoting continuous learning.
  • Administering performance appraisals and providing feedback, developing and implementing performance management systems, and monitoring and evaluating employee performance.
  • Assisting with general office administration and facilities management.
  • Participating in HR-related projects and initiatives.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements / Qualifications
