Job summary

CBRE Pte Ltd is seeking a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager / Senior Executive in Singapore. You will assist in managing Environmental Health and Safety programs for a specific account or market area, ensuring compliance and safeguarding employees and communities.

The role requires turning regulatory requirements into practical playbooks, coaching teams, and driving process improvements while aligning with CBRE RISE values and delivering cost-efficient, high-quality safety outcomes for

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
Certifications as required by local government.
Strong analytical and numerical abilities for complex calculations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Assist with identifying programs meeting regulatory requirements and client needs.
Evaluate existing programs for suitability and changes.
Maintain plans, playbooks, and procedures for the assigned account.
Serve as Environmental Health and Safety resource to staff and internal customers.
Identify opportunities to reduce costs while improving service quality.
Apply in-depth knowledge to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
Coach others and share knowledge within the function.
