Job summary

Search Index Pte Ltd in Singapore invites applicants for a Safety Officer role. You will liaise with suppliers, perform routine workplace inspections, and promote safety awareness across the site.

You will participate in risk assessments (HAZOP, PPE review), conduct safety inductions for new staff, support monthly ESH meetings, coordinate trainings, and assist with documentation to authorities. You will review SOPs and implement Lock Out Tag Out and safe shutdown practices.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with supplier
• Routine inspection of workplace
• Creating awareness on safety practices
• Involve in Risk Assessment, HAZOP, EAI, PPE assessment review.
• Conduct safety induction for new staffs
• Assist in Monthly ESH Team meeting
• Arrange for trainings
• Assist on documentation submission to authorities.
• Review SOP, inetgreate safe work practices and implement of Lock Out Tag Out and safe shutdown
