Job Description

We are seeking a committed and proactive HSE Engineer to support our upcoming project in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations, while promoting a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement throughout all project stages.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific HSE plans, policies, and procedures in accordance with company and client requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and corporate HSE guidelines.
  • Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety analysis to mitigate potential incidents.
  • Carry out site inspections, audits, and incident investigations, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up actions.
  • Organize and deliver HSE trainings, toolbox talks, and safety briefings to enhance safety awareness among personnel.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to resolve HSE-related issues effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze HSE performance data, prepare regular reports, and recommend preventive measures for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HSE experience in oil & gas, EPC, or construction projects.
  • Solid understanding of OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards and implementation practices.
  • Strong competency in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety management systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence safe behaviors across teams.
