• Proficient in HSE logistics management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and arrange all relevant HSE logistics prior to vessel arrival.
• Carry out atmospheric gas checks for confined spaces.
• Ensure readiness of emergency-related equipment aboard the vessel.
• Conduct regular inspections of work activities on the vessel.
• Enforce compliance with Permit to work system requirements.
• Perform daily checks to ensure mandatory safety requirements.
• Engage workforce in promoting safe work practices.
• Participate in emergency situations, including firefighting.

• Position: HSE Coordinator
• Well Established Singaporean Marine & Offshore MNC
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (7:30am – 5:00pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus
• Working Location: Boon Lay
• Company Transport Provided

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and arrange all relevant HSE logistics i.e., fire box, Coordination tag boards etc. prior to vessel arrival and secure all HSE related items upon completion of refit.
• Carry out atmospheric gas checks for all the confined spaces as per mandatory requirement.
• Ensure the readiness of emergency related equipment’s onboard the vessel.
• Carry out regular inspections for all work activities onboard the vessel.
• Ensure all requirements as indicated within Permit to work system are complied with.
• Daily checks onboard assigned vessels and surrounding work locations to enforce on mandatory and in-house requirements.
• Participate and engage workforce in promoting safe work practices, accident & fire prevention program.
• To participate in emergency situation by performing firefighting, rescue of personnel & pollution control.

Requirements

• Minimum Nitec in any Engineering discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in emergency response and firefighting, preferably in a ship building and ship repairing industry.
