Job summary

A professional services firm in Singapore is seeking a qualified Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) professional. The role involves conducting inspections, managing risks, and providing training in a construction environment. Candidates must have an Advance WSH certificate and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills are essential. Willingness to work in Changi areas is required.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Participate in risk management activities
• Conduct HSE inspection
• Identify unsafe condition & act
• Implement corrective & preventive actions
• Conduct investigation on incidents
• Conduct HSE training, including safety induction
• Participate in HSE safety committee
• Assess permit-to-work (PTW) & maintain HSE document
• Professional knowledge in Safety, Health, Hygiene and Environmental
• Able to manage subcontractors and lead workers

Requirements

• Advance WSH certificate or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
• Possess a Scaffold Safety Supervisor Course certificate
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain Environmental and WSH topics, conduct trainings when required
• Willing to work in Changi areas
