A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Safety Supervisor to ensure workplace safety compliance and conduct training. The ideal candidate will have a WSQ Advanced Certificate/Diploma and relevant safety certifications. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, risk assessments, and implementing safety measures. Qualifications

• Preferably have relevant experience in Process Construction / Oil & Gas Industries.
• Work at Height Course for Supervisor is advantageous.
• Other related safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Daily TBM and Mass TBM.
• Identify hazards, assess risks, implement control measures.
• Inspect site compliance with relevant Acts and Regulations.
• Conduct inspections and provide corrective/preventive measures.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct Daily TBM and Mass TBM.
• Identify hazards, assess risks, implement control measures and manage risks.
• Implement HSE measures for continual improvement.
• Inspect site compliance with relevant Acts, Regulations.
• Attend client meeting/audit and site inspection.
• Conduct inspections and provide corrective/preventive measures when necessary.
• Monitor HSE Objectives & Targets and periodically feedback on the changes required.
• Conduct in-house HSE training.
• Coordinate / Implementation of Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan.
• Collect HSE Statistics and conduct Trend Analysis.
• Conduct investigation on accidents/incidents and submit reports.
• Participate in HSE promotions and other HSE activities.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

• WSQ Advanced Certificate/Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) or equivalent.
• Certificate in Oil Petrochemical Safety Supervisor.
• Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor.
• Work at Height Course for Supervisor is advantageous.
• Certificate in Confined Space Safety Assessor is advantageous.
• Implementation of Risk Management Course (Bizsafe Level 2) is advantageous.
• Knowledge of WSH Act & legal requirements.
• Preferably with relevant experience in Process Construction / Oil & Gas Industries.
• Other related safety certifications.
