Job description
HRSS Specialist – Singapore
Job Objective
  • To drive HRSS agenda in respective region/city, working in close partnership with city HR
  • To provide end-to-end HR service covering the whole employee life cycle
  • To work with central HRSS team on projects/ initiatives
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Provide end-to-end HR support, from recruitment (including interview scheduling and background checks) to onboarding, ongoing employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Regional Collaboration: Act as the on-the-ground HRSS representative, collaborating with city HR colleagues, employees, and managers to gather feedback, identify issues, and implement solutions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HRSS services.
  • HR Systems and Data Management: Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (e.g., Workday), support system enhancements, and implement HR projects.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and revision of HRSS processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Training Support: Assist with the logistical aspects of training programs (classroom and online), including record-keeping, payment processing, and CBG license management.
  • Project Participation: Actively participate in and contribute to HRSS initiatives and projects, offering regional perspectives and solutions.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Relevant Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, with a proven track record of providing excellent service.
