Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced HRIS Coordinator to enhance the use of HRIS platforms, support Change Management initiatives, and implement employee engagement strategies. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of payroll experience, preferably in manufacturing, and a degree in Business or HR. This role offers a salary of up to $7500 and operates during office hours from Monday to Friday.

Job Description
  • Actively promote the adoption and effective use of HRIS platforms among employees.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees in navigating HRIS systems efficiently.
  • Support Change Management: Assist in facilitating Change Management initiatives within the organization, communicate changes effectively to relevant stakeholders and provide support during transition periods.
  • Support DX with New Initiatives: Collaborate with DX teams to support the implementation of new initiatives and projects, ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Liaison Between Local HR and DX Teams: Serve as the primary point of contact between local HR teams and DX teams, facilitate communication, coordinate efforts, and address any issues or concerns.
  • Upload Template Management: Ensure all upload templates are completed accurately and submitted to DX in a timely manner, verify data integrity and troubleshoot any discrepancies before submission.
  • Issue Troubleshooting: Handle and troubleshoot all HR-related requests and issues before escalating to DX, provide timely resolutions and maintain communication with stakeholders.
  • Local HR Escalation Support: Provide support to local HR teams in addressing escalated issues and concerns, offer guidance and assistance in resolving complex HR matters.
  • Train the Trainer: Conduct training sessions to empower HR staff as trainers in utilizing HRIS systems effectively, ensure trainers are equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources.
  • Half-Yearly SAP SuccessFactors Release Support: Assist in the coordination and support of half-yearly SAP SuccessFactors releases, follow established support processes and landscapes, address any issues or enhancement requests.
  • SSO/IAS Login Support: Provide support and assistance with Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity and Access Management (IAS) login issues.
  • Participate in New Implementations: Participate in new HRIS implementations and provide coordination support to ensure successful deployment, collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders as required.
  • Cross-Training on Modules: Obtain proficiency in all HRIS modules to provide comprehensive support across various functionalities, stay updated on system enhancements and changes.
  • Reporting Support: Assist in generating HR reports and analytics as required, ensure accuracy and relevance of reported data.
  • Strategic Business Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to management, providing insights and recommendations on HR initiatives to support business objectives, identify opportunities for HR process improvements and implement best practices, ensure alignment of HR strategies with overall business goals.
  • HR Framework Development: Build and maintain HR frameworks in collaboration with management to ensure effective HR practices, develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with all relevant regulations, laws, and employment standards.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and a positive work environment, conduct employee surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement, provide advisory and counseling services to employees on employment and disciplinary matters.
  • Regional Support & Execution of HR Initiatives: Provide regional support and execute HR initiatives for APAC group companies to align with overarching HR strategies, ensure that HR policies and practices are consistently implemented across all group companies and branches.
  • Guide and mentor HR operation staff.
  • Conduct performance appraisals for the reporting operation staff, setting goals, and identifying areas for improvement and development, providing regular feedback and support.
Job Requirements

Min Degree in Business/Human Resource or similar & min 3 yrs of relevant payroll experience, preferably in manufacturing sectors.
