Job description

Location: Singapore (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Monday to Friday office hours
Salary: Up to $7,500/month

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and maintain HRIS platforms: Prosoft (Unit4) and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Ensure accurate data uploads and reporting; troubleshoot system issues proactively.
  • Act as key liaison between local HR and MHIA DX teams.
  • Provide SSO/IAS login support and assist with new system implementations and upgrades.
HR Operations
  • Provide hands‑on HR operational support across APAC offices.
  • Guide local HR on escalated issues, disciplinary matters, and compliance.
  • Contribute to the development of HR frameworks, policies, and engagement strategies.
  • Deliver strategic HR insights and solutions aligned with business objectives.
Training, Change Management & Communication
  • Conduct “Train the Trainer” programs to upskill HR staff on HRIS usage.
  • Support change management initiatives and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
  • Assist in bi-annual SAP SuccessFactors releases and drive system adoption.
Regional & Strategic Partnership
  • Support regional HR initiatives, ensuring consistency in execution across group companies.
  • Act as a strategic HR partner, identifying process improvements and implementing best practices.
  • Manage one HR operations staff: goal-setting, performance reviews, and development.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HRIS and HR operations.
  • Hands‑on experience with Prosoft (Unit4) and SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of regional HR practices and employment regulations.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and confident in engaging cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
  • Open to occasional short‑term travel across the APAC region.
