The HRIS Analyst is responsible for functional support, configuration, and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules. This role covers system integrations, user training, documentation, testing, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination, ensuring system efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across regions.
Provide functional support and configuration for SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Payroll, Recruiting, Learning, Performance, Compensation, and Reporting
Manage system integrations, upgrades, patches, and ongoing maintenance
Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and support post-go-live activities
Analyse business requirements and recommend best-practice HRIS solutions
Plan and execute UAT, SIT, and unit testing
Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, liaising with vendors when required
Execute mass data uploads, reporting, and audit support
Drive process standardisation across regions
Manage HR system vendors and annual HRIS budget
Diploma or Degree in IT / Computer Science / Information Systems
3-5 years' hands-on experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS software across multiple modules
Strong capability in resolving functional and technical HRIS issues
Experience with system integrations, testing, and data management
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Detail-oriented, responsible, and hands-on team player
