A reputable company in the shipping industry in Singapore seeks an HRIS Analyst (Regional) to support and optimize SAP SuccessFactors across the South Asia region. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 1-4 years of experience in HRIS, and proficiency in data analysis and technical support. This role involves streamlining HR processes and ensuring system stability.
Our client is a reputable name in the Shipping Industry. Currently, they are seeking a suitably qualified candidate to join them as "HRIS Analyst (Regional)".
Support SAP SuccessFactors implementation and provide ongoing support for all modules within the South Asia region.
Drive the successful deployment, optimization, and maintenance of the HR systems to support HR operations
Identify opportunities for process automation, streamlining workflows, and improving data accuracy and integrity within SuccessFactors.
Track and report on the adoption rate of SuccessFactors modules within the South Asia region, including user engagement, completion of HR processes, and utilization of self-service features.
Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize system efficiency and user experience.
Measure the effectiveness and timeliness of issue resolution for system-related incidents or inquiries raised by end-users, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Evaluate the effectiveness of user training programs and materials to ensure successful user onboarding and competency development.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering / Computer Science, System Analysis, or in related fields
Possess 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in HRIS related role involving SAP SuccessFactors
Demonstrated proficiency in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning Management, Recruitment, Onboarding, and more. Employee Central being the most crucial, the rest is optional.
Strong understanding of HR system configurations, including data fields, workflows, permissions, and integrations to align with business requirements.
Proficiency in analyzing HR data, generating reports, and presenting insights to drive data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
Proven experience in providing technical support to end-users, resolving system issues, and ensuring system stability.
Knowledge of HR data privacy regulations and best practices to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
Ability to manage allocated projects, ensure timely delivery, adhere to project plans, and manage stakeholders effectively.
Ability to facilitate change management activities, including user training, communication, requirements gathering and adoption of HR systems across the organization.
