A human resources consulting firm in Singapore seeks an experienced HR Partner to drive strategic initiatives across various functions. The role involves guiding organizational design, implementing workforce planning strategies, and enhancing employee engagement and retention. Candidates must have at least 6 years in HR and a strong ability to collaborate across all levels. This position offers an engaging work environment with opportunities for leadership.
Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)
Strategic HR Partnership
Partner with leaders across multiple functions to provide HR guidance on organizational design, talent management, and key people initiatives.
Deliver proactive HR support in areas including talent acquisition, performance management, promotions, disciplinary cases, and employee relations.
Data-Driven Insights & Decision Making
Use HR analytics and data insights for informed decision‑making, track key HR metrics, and support workforce planning and talent strategy initiatives.
Present data‑driven recommendations to the leadership team for execution.
Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition
Partner with Director/Manager to design and implement workforce planning strategies that align with the organization’s long‑term business goals, focusing on talent management, organizational structure, and transformation initiatives.
Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, data‑driven, and aligned with the company’s growth needs.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Partner closely with business leaders to understand team dynamics and employee sentiment.
Drive initiatives that foster collaboration, innovation, inclusivity, and engagement across the organization.
Support and champion DE&I programs and employee retention strategies.
Employee Relations & Compliance
Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures, handle employee grievances, and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on ER‑related matters.
Ensure HR policies, practices and procedures adhere to all applicable laws, ethics and regulations and updating them as business environment or local legislations/regulations change.
