A luxury fashion group is seeking an HRBP Manager for the SEA region to lead key people initiatives and enhance talent capability. Responsibilities include acting as the primary HR business partner, ensuring the seamless execution of HR strategies, and driving talent development. About the Role

Our client is a Luxury Fashion Group.
The HRBP Manager will serve as a trusted business partner to the SEA General Manager and retail leadership, leading key people initiatives that enhance talent capability, elevate luxury retail culture, and drive sustainable business performance across multiple SEA markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary HR Business Partner to SEA leadership on all human capital matters.
  • Ensure seamless execution of HR strategies aligned with global/regional directions.
  • Lead workforce planning and organization design to support market expansion.
  • Drive talent development, performance management and leadership capability building.
  • Maintain strong employee relations and ensure compliance with diverse SEA labour regulations.
  • Support C&B programs and ensure competitive positioning in each local market.
  • Champion onboarding, engagement and culture alignment within retail operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business or related discipline.
  • 8-12 years relevant HRBP experience in luxury / high-end fashion / premium consumer sectors.
  • Proven exposure to multi-country HR operations in Southeast Asia.
  • Influential stakeholder management capabilities with senior leadership.
  • Hands-on, agile mindset; able to thrive in a fast-moving luxury retail environment.
  • Strong familiarity with SEA employment laws and cross-border HR practices.
  • Excellent command of English; additional SEA languages advantageous.
  • Willing to travel up to 30% across the region.
