We’re looking for a passionate HR Business Partner – Regional to drive people strategies, support business growth, and create an engaging workplace culture across the regional operations.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Regional HR Head in implementing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders to align HR plans with organizational goals.
  • Lead recruitment and selection to attract and retain top talent.
  • Execute talent management, learning, and employee engagement programs.
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance management and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, global standards, and local regulations.
  • Support HR team development and promote a safe, positive work environment.
Experience, Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (HR certification is a plus).
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, ideally in a regional or multi-country role.
