Overview
We are seeking a versatile HR professional who can wear multiple hats: acting as an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day operations, a trusted People Partner to support leaders, and a Talent Acquisition Partner to attract and onboard top talent. This is a hands-on role with both strategic and operational responsibilities, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- HR Operations: Oversee contributor lifecycle: onboarding, reviews, transitions, exits; Manage service contracts, HRIS updates, records, and compliance; Support payroll, benefits, and leave with vendors/finance; Be the first contact for HR queries; Implement and maintain policies and processes.
- People Partnering: Collaborate with leaders on workforce needs and HR solutions; Support performance, engagement, and development initiatives; Strengthen culture, collaboration, and retention; Provide guidance on relations and conflict resolution.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing to contracting; Work with hiring leads to define roles and criteria; Build talent pipelines and networks; Enhance organizational brand as a talent destination; Ensure smooth candidate experience through onboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 4–6 years of HR experience with exposure to HR operations and recruitment.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices.
- Proven track record in managing multiple HR functions in a lean or fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance hands-on HR operations with strategic partnering.
