• Responsible for the full recruitment cycle from consultations directly with the hiring managers, to screening & selection of talents, to making of final offer.
• Providing professional consultation on employment market and practices to Clients and Candidates.
• Conducting market research on the various industries.
• Actively source for new accounts to improve market share and follow up actively on all leads.
• Identify business trends to capitalize on growth potential across industries.
• Manage progress and development of prospects, as well as quotations.
• Other duties as assigned
