About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR professional to join our team as a HR temp (TMSP/HRBP/L&D) for maternity coverage.

Talent Management and Succession Planning (TMSP)
  • Support in the development and monitoring of leadership development and succession plan and framework to assure a sustainable pool of competent and committed talents ready to lead and contribute their best.
  • Support talent review processes, succession planning, and appointment administration for leadership positions
  • Maintains talent databases for succession planning, role selection, and development tracking
HR Business Partnering
  • Provide HR support across recruitment, career development, employee relations, performance management and awards recognition programmes
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires and coordinate departmental HR administrative matters with Employee Services support
Joint Appointment and Billing Matters
  • Process honorarium payments, joint appointment fees, and leadership allowances
  • Coordinate payment processing with relevant departments
Learning & Development
  • Learning Needs Analysis & Strategic Alignment: Support the implementation of Learning Needs Analysis exercises across the organisation, collaborating with departments and staff to identify learning requirements that support business objectives and drive organisational performance.
  • Learning Management System Administration: Administer the HRIS Learning Management Portal and maintain accurate training records for compliance and documentation purposes
  • Programme Development & Coordination: Plan, coordinate and facilitate the delivery of learning and development initiatives and programmes
  • Learning Awards & Financial Management: Manage end-to-end Learning Award process including applications, evaluation committee meeting, shortlisting, and reimbursements.
  • Training Operations & Administration: Monitor and track eLearning programme progress, maintain current training calendars, and coordinate course registrations for seamless delivery
  • Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate training records and generate reports to track learning outcomes, programme effectiveness and compliance with organisational learning requirements.
Requirements
  • Linguistically strong with good multi-tasking and follow-up skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, mainly Word, Excel and PowerPoint as the job will involve creation of presentation documents and collation of data
  • Team player and is able to work independently with good planning and minimal supervision
  • Good leadership and interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
