Job summary

Rolling Arrays is seeking a fresh graduate Associate Consultant in Singapore to join its HR technology transformation team. You will work with senior consultants on HR process design, document requirements, test solutions, and support users across APAC.

You will learn how HR systems support employees, participate in client workshops, and build consulting fundamentals in a remote-first, outcome-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• Fresh graduate or 0-2 years of experience.
• Interest in consulting, HR technology, or business process improvement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize information clearly and pay attention to detail.
• Comfort with Excel, documents and digital collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Support senior consultants in understanding client HR processes and project needs.
• Prepare meeting notes, action trackers, process documents, and project materials.
• Assist in system testing by following test scripts and recording results.
• Help maintain project documentation and user-support materials.
• Join client workshops and project calls to observe, learn, and contribute.
