Job summary

A leading HR consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an HR Manager focused on recruitment and talent acquisition. Responsibilities include leading recruitment across various teams, overseeing onboarding, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in HR or business and 6 to 10 years of HR or recruitment experience, preferably in media marketing. HR Manager [ Recruitment / Talent Acquisition ]

Working Days: 5 Days, 8.30am-5.30pm, 1 Day WFH

Office is at Genting Lane [ Between Mattar & Farrer Park MRT ]

Salary Range: $4,800 - $5,500 + Performance Bonus [ No AWS ]

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
  2. 6 – 10 years of HR or recruitment experience — ideally in media marketing, media production or marketing agency environments.
  3. Occasionally travel to KL office is required.
Job Scopes:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for all roles across PR, marketing, events, creative, and support teams.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, conduct interviews, benchmark salaries, and structure offers.
  • Oversee onboarding for new hires — ensuring smooth integration into team culture and operations.
  • Build an active talent pipeline and maintain relationships with universities, recruiters, and industry contacts.
  • Design and implement a scalable employee‑experience framework (mentorship, growth pathways, and performance reviews).
  • Plan quarterly learning and development sessions and wellness programmes suited for a small, creative team.
  • Conduct employee surveys and follow‑up action plans to sustain morale and engagement.
  • Partner with the CEO and management team on succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
  • Oversee all HR administration: employment contracts, payroll liaison, leave tracking, and benefits management.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, CPF, PDPA, and Fair Consideration Framework.
