Job summary

A leading HR consultancy firm in Singapore is looking for an HR Executive to manage foreign workers' administration and recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration and proficiency in MS Office. Responsibilities include handling Work Pass matters, conducting appraisals, and preparing various HR-related reports.

Qualifications

  • Prior HR and Office administration experience preferred.
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Full spectrum of managing foreign workers including transfers and HR matters.
  • Recruitment of foreign workers and liaising with recruitment agencies.
  • Involve in yearly appraisal exercises including promotion & salary increment letters.
  • Handle MOM Work Pass matters including applications and renewals.
  • Handle foreign workers' trainings, medical insurances, & claims.
  • Prepare monthly reports.
  • Support initiatives and projects assigned by Head of Department.

Job description
Duties
  • Full spectrum of managing foreign workers (including transfers, resignation, dormitories and other HR related matters)
  • Recruitment of foreign workers and liaise with recruitment agencies.
  • Involve in yearly appraisal exercise and this includes preparing promotion & salary increment letters.
  • Handle MOM Work Pass related matters including Work Pass application, renewal, transfer and cancellation and update of foreign workers’ particulars. This includes preparing renewal contract.
  • Handle foreign workers external trainings, medical insurances & work injuries claim matters.
  • Prepare monthly reports.
  • Provide support on initiatives and in any project, implementation assigned by Head of Department.
Requirements
