Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of HR systems to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives within HR systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
  • Manage and ensure the timely submission of statutory surveys, management reports, employee data reporting, and HR dashboards to support informed business decision-making.
  • Co‑lead the annual salary review and variable bonus exercises, ensuring data integrity, fairness, and alignment with corporate remuneration policies.
  • Participate in HR budgeting and manpower planning exercises, providing analytical insights to support business strategy and resource optimisation.
  • Serve as the key HR liaison for overseas offices, providing guidance and support on data reporting requirements.
  • Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employee services within the HR Division, ensuring a positive employee experience and process compliance.
  • Review and recommend enhancements to employee insurance, benefits, and wellness policies to ensure competitiveness and compliance with market practices.
  • Provide support for HR audits, ensuring accurate documentation and timely closure of audit actions.
  • Facilitate tender and bidding processes.
Job Requirements
  • Degree with at least 5 years of HR generalist experience or in a role of similar capacity.
  • Hands‑on experience with the SAP system.
  • Excellent understanding of human resource policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Demonstrated ability to organise resources and establish priorities.
  • Systematic, detail‑oriented, and methodical in thought process and work approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
