Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist (In-House) to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding employees across various departments, particularly in retail operations, support functions, and management roles. You will act as a key partner to hiring managers and ensure we hire the right people, at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Selection

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions.
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and community networks.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Manage candidate and ensure timely communication throughout the process.
Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline

  • Build and maintain a talent pool for key operational and specialist roles.
  • Support employer branding initiatives as an attractive employer.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, campus recruitment events, and community job drives.
Onboarding & Integration

  • Prepare employment contracts, pre-employment checks, and induction materials.
  • Coordinate onboarding sessions and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Work with operations managers to track probation progress and provide support.
HR Support

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and employment legislation.
  • Support other HR functions as required (payroll, training, employee engagement).
