Salary: $3500 - $4500 (Depending on experiences) + 0.5 month Completion Bonus

About the Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Staff to support our representatives during cessation and onboarding processes. The role ensures smooth transitions for incoming and outgoing representatives, adherence to compliance requirements, and timely completion of all administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Onboarding Support
  • Coordinate documentation and submission for new representatives (contracts, licensing, compliance checks, etc.).
  • Facilitate induction schedules, system access setup, and training registration.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for onboarding queries.
Cessation Support
  • Assist in processing representative resignations/cessations in line with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Collect and verify cessation documentation.
  • Coordinate clearance of company property, accounts, and system access.
Administrative & Process Management
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates in internal systems.
  • Liaise with internal departments (onboarding Team, AFO) to ensure smooth processes.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding items to ensure closure within timelines.
  • Prepare status reports and updates for management review.
Requirements
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Prior experience in administrative support, HR operations, or financial services is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with representatives and internal teams.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic system navigation.
