The HR Specialist is a trusted, independent HR professional responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions and providing strategic guidance on workforce management, compliance, and people development. This role acts as a key business partner to leadership, translating organizational goals into practical HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and fostering a high-performance and positive workplace culture.

The Job:
  • Act as a strategic HR advisor, providing guidance to management on labour laws, HR policies, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and integration of new hires.
  • Develop and oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
  • Plan and coordinate learning & development initiatives to enhance workforce capability and engagement.
  • Administer HR operations, including payroll validation, employee records management, HR reporting, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local employment laws and HR trends; recommend and implement changes to policies and practices.
The Talent:
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, ideally in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or operational environments.
  • Independent and proactive, capable of managing priorities and delivering results with minimal supervision.
  • Strong expertise in Singapore labour laws, HR compliance, and employee relations.
  • Experienced in recruitment and talent pipeline development, able to anticipate workforce needs and partner with business leaders.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, with high integrity and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communicator in English and Mandarin for engagement with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
