Job summary

A leading automotive innovation center is looking for a professional to develop and implement culture-building initiatives. You will drive employee engagement and foster a high-performance workplace. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience are required. Experience in large multinationals or the automotive sector is beneficial.

  • Work experience in large multinationals, ICT or Automotive Industry will be beneficial.
  • Facilitation and coaching experience will be beneficial.

Job description

This position is responsible for developing and implementing culture‑building initiatives, driving employee engagement, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and high‑performance workplace.

What To Expect
  • Establish and implement the strategy and execution plan for a unique and sustainable organizational culture in HMGICS (Hyundai Way), in align with organizational values and strategy

  • Champion employee experience initiatives throughout the entire employee life cycle, ensuring a positive, engaging, and inclusive workplace

  • Collaborate with leaders and HR to embed cultural principles into policies, processes, and daily practices

  • Manage Voice of Employees channels to diagnose and identify any gaps in relation to the organization cultureand develop actionable recommendations and targeted interventions to strengthen workplace culture

  • Develop and execute engagement programs, campaigns, and events that strengthen employee connection to the company’s culture

  • Research and benchmark best practices of leading multinationals and major local companies to drive continuous improvements

What You'll Bring
