The ideal candidate will have a strong HR generalist background, prior experience working with Chinese companies and working within a cross‑cultural environment. This role plays a critical part in supporting HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement to ensure alignment with Goertek's business objectives.
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide strategic HR support.
Oversee end‑to‑end HR operations, including payroll, mobility, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and employee relations.
Support talent development initiatives and implement HR programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and corporate HR standards.
Facilitate effective communication between local teams and headquarters in China to ensure alignment on HR practices and corporate culture.
Provide HR analytics and reporting to support data‑driven decision‑making.
Lead or support HR projects such as organizational restructuring, compensation review, and process improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5–8 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with local work pass rules, regulations and application processes.
Strong understanding of local labor legislation and HR best practices.
Excellent Mandarin and English communication skills, both written and verbal for communication with Chinese stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence across all organizational levels.
