About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our dynamic team at BrightArk Pte. Ltd. In this full-time position, you will be a key member of our Human Resources department, contributing to the development and implementation of innovative HR strategies that support our growing business. This role is based in the Central Region and offers opportunities for both personal and professional growth.

What you'll be doing

1. Partnering with business leaders to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions

2. Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies

3. Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management

4. Designing and delivering engaging training and development programmes

5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

6. Collaborating with the broader HR team to continuously improve HR policies and practices

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic environment

2. Strong working knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels

4. Proficient in HR data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable business strategies

5. Adaptable and innovative, with a proactive approach to problem-solving

6. Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
