Job description

We are looking for a Japanese‑Speaking HR Solution Manager based in Singapore.

Responsibilities
  • Visa and HR support service
    • Planning and conducting internal and external workshops to communicate updates on Work Pass regulations and amendments.
    • Dissemination of Work Pass information and updates to clients and internal teams.
    • Provision of individual tax filing and tax clearance services.
    • Client relationship management for Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) services.
  • Development of New HRO Services
    • Visa support: developing Educational Verification Service.
    • Recruitment and Staffing: comprehensive solutions for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, including support for temporary and contract staffing needs.
    • Compliance and Regulatory Support: assisting with adherence to labor laws, management of legal documentation, and regulatory filings to ensure full compliance.
    • Policy Development and Handbook Creation: crafting HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures to establish clear and consistent organizational standards.
  • Staff Management
    • Planning and organizing service team(s).
    • Leading and guiding team members.
    • Attending management meetings on an ad‑hoc and regular basis.
    • Setting team goal.
    • Other related staff management responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in client servicing
  • Japanese language proficiency (N2 or above) to communicate with Japanese‑speaking counterparts and Japan office
