A rail service provider in Singapore seeks an HR professional to oversee employee services and manage the employee life cycle within the rail business. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma with relevant experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role includes support for pre-onboarding and collaboration for engagement events.
Oversee the overall day to day Human Resource support in the area of employee services
Administer and manage employee life cycle administration for Rail Business
Ensure effective delivery of HR services across the rail business
Administer the overall day to day HR generalist functions for Rail Business
To support all related system testing and feedback for the relevant tracks
Provide support for all pre-onboarding matters including but not limited to personal file checklist compliance
VMS submission to grant entry to depot and application of depot entry pass for staff and interns
Application and renewal of work pass
Processing of Foreign Worker related matters including levy waiver, upgrade/downgrade of work passes, monthly transaction bills and data entry for myMOM Portal, Work Permit Online (WPOL), Online Foreign Worker Address Service (OFWAS) etc
Processing of workmen compensation related claims
Leave related data entry in SAP/leave system (e.g. AWOL, RCAL, WMC work injury medical leave, creation of paternity quota etc)
Administer and complete annual activities: 50 years & above medical examination for authorized drivers and carry out assigned role for decentralised staff events including Annual Health Screening, Long Service Awards, Retirement Ceremony, Promotion Ceremony, Festive celebrations etc
Collaborate with C&B COE team to administer festive meals provision/vouchers/EXSA Award Collaterals etc and provide support for engagement events and projects as assigned
Work in partnership with Centre of Excellence and Shared Services for all internal and external HR & Training audits
Degree in any discipline in recognize university or Diploma with 5 years of relevant experience in Shared Services.
Preferably 2 years of experience in handling WICA
Good with Employment Act and Work Injury Compensation Act
Proficient in Microsoft Office (including pivot table, vlookup, conditional formatting, etc.)
Strong analytical, organization and planning skills
Comfortable to work in fast-paced environment
