Job description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our HR Services (HRS) Operations team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As an HRSS Operations Manager, you will supervise junior HRSS Operations team members across the ASEAN region, providing training, coaching, career development, and performance management. You will manage client expectations, handle complex case escalations, and ensure adherence to business processes and compliance requirements.

You will also support projects, manage relationships with internal partners and external vendors, and oversee system changes and enhancements.

We will count on you to:

  • Supervise and develop HRSS Operations team members in the ASEAN region.
  • Manage client expectations and serve as the primary escalation point for complex cases.
  • Implement business processes and ensure compliance with regulatory changes.
  • Utilize case management reporting tools to monitor and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Support and manage projects and vendor relationships.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, regulatory, and company policies to minimize risk.
  • Collaborate with internal HRSS departments, HR partners, and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure effective service delivery.
