Job description
Responsibilities
  • Manage the full spectrum of Human Resource (HR) functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
  • Liaise with government agencies (MOM, ICA, CPF Board, SFA) and management on employee and operational matters.
  • Oversee the recruitment process from job postings, interviews, onboarding, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Handle applications and renewals of employee work passes.
  • Administer and process payroll accurately, ensuring timely payments and adherence to statutory obligations.
  • Attend to payroll queries and resolve issues related to overtime, allowances, and other entitlements.
  • Maintain accurate HR databases and up-to-date employee records for reporting and analysis.
  • Administer employee insurance and medical benefits, ensuring timely submission of claims and updates.
  • Support managers in handling employee grievances, counselling, and disciplinary matters.
  • Conduct exit interviews and prepare reports to recommend improvements.
  • Manage administrative duties such as procurement of office supplies, guest reception, and office maintenance.
  • Handle company trademark matters including documentation and coordination with IP firms for registration.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Good understanding of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
  • Able to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to changes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
  • Possesses strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A team player who is organized, proactive, and committed to high service standards.

Location: Pasir Panjang Wholesale Centre

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:30am to 6:00pm); One Saturday per month (8:30am to 3:30pm)

Salary: Basic up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus
