A leading reinsurance company in Singapore is seeking an HR Service Specialist to provide generalist advice and manage employee life transactions. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of HR services experience and proficiency in SuccessFactors. You will be expected to collaborate globally and support diverse HR processes within the APAC MEA region. This role offers a dynamic environment aimed at fostering growth and operational efficiency.

We are currently looking for a HR Service Specialist for APAC MEA. You will be based in Singapore as part of our global Human Resource Services charter to deliver quality services to our employees in the Asia Pacific Middle East Africa markets.
Reporting to the Head of HR Services APAC / MEA, you will perform employee life event transactions and provide generalist advice and guidance on employee matters to employees, HR business partners and managers from the region. You will ensure quality and compliant services, data quality and governance, transactional reporting, and champion operation efficiency improvement projects.
