A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the entire recruitment process, work closely with hiring managers, and build a strong candidate pipeline. The ideal candidate has a minimum diploma or bachelor's degree, confidence in communication, and a passion for people. The role includes mentorship and on-the-job training. Strategically manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Build a strong talent pipeline through proactive networking, social platforms, and referral programs.
Enhance employer branding through creative campaigns and candidate engagement activities.
Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Prepare recruitment reports and insights to support business decisions.
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for people.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet hiring timelines.
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
A keen interest in getting to know new people and learn about different industries
Confidence to communicate with professionals across different managerial levels
Mentorship and on-the-job training will be provided
