What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

  • Build a strong talent pipeline through proactive networking, social platforms, and referral programs.

  • Enhance employer branding through creative campaigns and candidate engagement activities.

  • Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Prepare recruitment reports and insights to support business decisions.
