A local recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Recruitment Manager to oversee the recruitment process from screening candidates to coordinating interviews. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in HR & Talent Acquisition, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of local labour laws. Job description

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6.00pm

Work Scope

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. The position involves collaborating with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, maintaining strong relationships with candidates and external partners and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Additionally, the role includes business development responsibilities such as identifying potential clients and closing details, as well as aligning recruitment efforts with company KPIs. The individual will also assist with special projects and support initiatives assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Managing the full cycle of recruitment process of screening of resumes, conducting initial interview to assess candidate’s suitability, coordinating and scheduling of interviews between candidates and hiring managers, to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationship with candidates, hiring managers and external partners.

Managing candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a seamless transition for both the candidate and the client.

Identify and research potential clients, market and industries to expand our business reach.

Lead the entire Sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing details and managing client relationship.

Work closely with the HR and/or Business Development team to understand and align with KPIs set by management.

Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Management/HR Manager.

Ensuring compliance to Singapore Laws, regulations, standards, guidelines, and norms in the course of work.

Ad hoc projects given by the Management/HR Manager.

Preferably possess CEI Licence.

HR Generalist or similar role, preferably with experience managing foreign employees, strong knowledge of HR Practices, Labour Laws and regulation related to foreign workforce Management. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Proficient in HR Software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organisation and time management skills.

Minimum relevant years of experience: 3 years of related work experience in HR & Talent Acquisition.
